Dr. Arthur Janov examines the power of beliefs and how they are used as a mechanism for dealing with early trauma that goes as far back as birth. Beliefs are a way to rationalize with pain rooted deep in the unconscious, and reveal that love is a biological need. Dr. Janov applies engrossing case studies and his many years of experience to bring the reader one step closer to understanding human behavior, and how pain can become converted into an idea. This is Dr. Janov's opus magnum, a revolutionary work in every sense of the word. It may help to change the practice of psychotherapy as we know it, and above it, how we give birth today; the shoulds and should nots. It explains in detail how early trauma and adversity can have lifelong consequences and result in serious afflictions from cancer to diabetes. It can have monumental implications for medical practice, as well, and points to how we can rear healthy children.

Saving Money On Your European Windows In your quest to discover which European windows are right for you, you will want to have a good idea of how many dollars you are going to spend on those windows. Of course, the material used to make the windows should be some of the criteria, but there are other factors that will also help determine what type of windows you should get. One of the most popular types of European windows is energy efficiency windows. These are much more economical than regular windows and use less energy overall. These windows are certified by energy rating standards. Energy ratings are determined by using mathematical formulas to determine the percentage of heating and cooling needed for one square foot of space. Installing these windows can provide some savings because they are an excellent option for a home. They are generally found in homes that are built with very little amount of space, but they can work well in homes that are quite large. However, energy efficiency European windows are not necessarily the best option for every home. You can choose between energy efficient and standard windows. The energy rating of a normal window has been shown to be accurate enough that it will be worth it to pay a little bit more to get better insulation. In order to take advantage of energy efficiency European windows, you will need to install them in an area where it is possible to get a double pane of glass on the second side. You can choose between windows that fit in the corners and windows that fit in the middle. The type of windows you decide on depends on the amount of glass you have available to you. If you have windows with a large amount of glass, you may end up spending a bit more money on these types of windows. You can usually get energy efficiency windows with half-inch thick glass that is available with special energy rating letters or with no glass. European windows will save you money on your electricity bill and prevent the home from overheating. These windows do add more work to the energy bills as well, but when the cost of replacing windows is factored in, it adds up to a significant savings. Of course the money you save on your heating and cooling bill will not include the money you save in taxes or on your homeowner's insurance. These windows are affordable and are beneficial for every part of the average home. Even if you live in a cold climate, these windows can help to keep your home comfortable.
